April 11th, 2000Most of the interior walls have been framed, and wiring is hanging everywhere. The electrician and the plumber have been working hard to get this project completed. As of today, we passed the rough plumbing inspection, and are awaiting the completion of the rough electrical for that inspection. Most of the windows have been installed and the exterior trim on some of them is also completed. All the interior and exterior caulking is completed, and two walls have been stained and sealed. Once the electrical is inspected (and passes), they can start the stairs. They also started the form boards for the footers on the porch extension. The roof dry in is complete including all the facia areas. Friday the A/C people will begin running their duct work, and marking the placement of the air vents and returns. More next week.
