"Hey Dan what did you get for your birthday." "I got walls!!!!"

The gable ends of the house are complete and they are incredible. We never dreamed they would look this good. With all the windows and doors outlined we can now get a true sense of what the house will feel like.

As we walked in, it seemed more and more like a home, as there were few logs lying around on the subfloor. We now can start seeing the space we will have. We are extremely pleased with our design of the great room. It is as big and spacious as we wanted it to be.

The area around the house was also graded to be level. This looks great!

We've decided to hold off painting the crawlspace until the exterior logs are stained and caulked. This is just in case there is dripping from the stain, or caulking gun fights. :)

Next week the trusses should be built to support the roof, and we hope to have stiars to the porch. Today, Sunday, we are meeting with our plumber, and Bobcat Ron(He owns the bobcat that did the grading and will remove some more plants.)

Thanks for being part of our dream.
