February 11th, 2000

Cindy and I cannot express the feeling we had when we pulled up to the property and actuall saw our home being built. The walls, although not complete, were taking shape. The stockage style ends made it look like a real log home. The outline of the windows and doors showed us the true shape of what we designed years ago.

This is the first time Cindy and I could actually "see" what our home would look like. We designed the house, and all we've seen are artists renderings..never a "picture" of a real home.

We stood in the area which will be the Great Room in awe. It's huge. The rest of the logs which are still awaiting assembly, are currently sitting onthe subfloor. This make manuvering a bit difficult. That and the fact that we have a ladder instead of porch stairs to get into the house.

The dream is taking shape. We are extremely happy with the progress Palm Beach Creative Development has made.

Next week we plan on the porch framing, and the beginning of the Gable ends.

Thanks for being part of our dream.
