February 6th, 2000We still have recevied no money in restitution from R & R Enterprises. According to a letter faxed to us from him, we will be receiveing some money on February 11th. But, we are still making progress. In spite of failing another inspection (Floor Framing), we have got our sub floor over the crawlspace completed. This week the porch flooring will be done and hopefully, logs will begin going up.
Palm Beach Creative Development has done a great job, not only in construction, but looking out after our project by making recommendations and changes in order
to provide a better more sound structure. We received our blueprint changes back from the county as well. This will make the master bathroom a bit larger. The plans for our A/C units was also approved and we recevied the permits for that.
All in all we are making progress. That is what's important.
